Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • O level/ SPM/ Diploma (experience in engineering will be a plus)

Project Executive/ Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with client's representatives on enquiries and organise documents for quotation preparation.

  • Carry out enquiries and manage vendors to deliver products that meet business requirements.

  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the daily process and progress with workshops and vendors with the delivery of products.

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

 

Requirements:

  • Engineering knowledge & experience will be an added advantage.

  • ITE NTC cert or 'O' level and above.

  • Meticulous & Responsible.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

CNC Machinist ​

 

​Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, program and maintain CNC machines (manual turret lathe, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe) and milling center with G-code and M-code.

  • Adjust machines and tools to achieve blueprint requirements.

  • Perform quality control procedures.

  • Set and calculate controls to regulate machining speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut.

  • Work with dials, switches and other controls to override program and correct machining process.

  • Perform in-process inspection and final checks on parts.

  • Correct defects as and when required.

  • Perform simple troubleshooting of milling machines.

  • Perform any other duties as required and assigned by foreman.

 

Requirements:

  • Nitec in CNC Milling/ Turning or equivalent.

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in CNC milling/ turning and programming.

  • Good knowledge of Mastercam, CNC G-code and M-code, Fanuc Control and Mitsubishi Control.
